  • Gmail

  • Slack
  • A shared Google Doc for call notes

1.Description

This is the one chat you talk to. It sends work to the right specialist bot, brings the results back, and keeps every open item. It drafts the emails and messages. You review them and send them yourself.

2.How to use it

  • One chat. It acts as chief of staff, sends work to the right specialist bot, brings the results back, and tracks every open item.
  • A morning brief. The inbox, today's calls, top priorities, what's still open, what you're waiting on, and a simple plan for the morning.
  • Watch the inbox. Every hour it checks for client and vendor emails that need you, explains who wrote, when, and what they want, and writes a reply for you to send.
  • Call notes. It reads the calendar each morning, pulls the notes after each call, and writes a summary and to-do list into a shared doc for the team.
  • The calendar. It books meetings with video links, updates the details, and preps you before important calls.
  • Slack. It flags mentions and turns the day's Slack into an evening to-do list.
  • A dashboard and weekly check-ins. A live business dashboard, a weekly client health check, and a weekly scorecard.
  • Reminders. Bills, deadlines, and one-off nudges come at the right time.
  • New bots. When a job comes up that no bot covers, it suggests a new specialist and sets it up.
  • Nothing sends on its own. Every email and message is a draft you review and send yourself.

3.How to build it

  1. Download the template.
  2. Add it in Grok Bot.
  3. Answer the questions about your day, your priorities, and which bots it can hand work to.
  4. Connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, and the shared doc when it asks.

4.Tips

  • Talk to this chat. Let it hand the specialist work to the other bots.
  • Nothing goes out until you send it.
  • If a job has no bot yet, let it suggest a new one instead of piling the work on this chat.
