1.Description
It watches your cold outreach inboxes for real replies, then drafts the answer from the same inbox, threaded on their message. It reads the tracking sheet first, so the reply fits who they are and what you already said. You review each card and press Send. It does not send on its own.
2.How to use it
- You need Instantly. The cold outreach runs there. The bot watches those inboxes.
- Watch the inboxes. Every hour on weekdays it checks for new prospect replies, bounces, and out-of-office messages, and it skips warmup mail.
- Read the sheet first. It looks at that prospect's row before writing, so the reply fits who they are and what you already said.
- Draft in your voice. Replies and follow-ups are short and peer-to-peer, with your usual call ask.
- One card at a time. Each draft comes up for you to review and edit, oldest first, inside your send window. The default is Monday to Friday, 9 to 11am. Nothing sends until you press Send.
- Reply from the same inbox. The answer goes from the inbox they wrote to, threaded on their message.
- One follow-up. It sends one follow-up at 3 days, and only if they have not replied.
- Book the call. When a prospect wants a call, it checks your calendar, offers two times, and holds the slot with their phone number once they confirm.
- Log the send. Date, inbox, recipient, business, type, status, and notes go on the sheet. Prospects are marked sent so nobody gets a first touch twice.
- Honor removals. A "remove me" reply gets a polite answer, and the contact is flagged to be suppressed.
- Skip the do-not-contact list. That includes towns where you already have a client.
3.How to build it
- Download the template.
- Add it in Grok Bot.
- Answer the short setup chat the first time you use it.
- Connect Instantly, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar when it asks.
4.Tips
- Nothing sends until you press Send. Edit the card first if the line is off.
- Keep the do-not-contact list current, including towns where you already have a client.
- One follow-up, then stop. If they have not replied, it does not keep writing.
