1.Description

It helps you think like an owner. You get a checklist, a deep dive, and an earnings review, and it only speaks up when a price is actually cheap. Your holdings stay in that chat. They are never shared with other bots or people.

2.How to use it

  • Should I own this? A one-page owner's checklist: the moat, earnings power, debt, management, and price, plus a margin-of-safety buy-below price.
  • A deep dive. How the company makes money, the competitors, 10 years of financials, the bull and bear cases, and a valuation.
  • Earnings, as an owner. A one-line verdict, the numbers next to estimates and last year, and whether the reason for owning still holds.
  • A heads-up. The morning before a holding reports, you get the date, the timing, and the consensus numbers.
  • Bargain alerts. It checks prices after the close and only speaks up when a holding or watchlist name hits a meaningful discount. Otherwise it stays quiet.
  • A Monday brief. The market, the macro picture (the Fed, bonds, the economic cycle), a name-by-name portfolio review, the overall book, and overlooked ideas.
  • A monthly bargain screen. High-quality businesses at fair or cheap prices.
  • What the good investors did. Berkshire's buys and sells each quarter from the 13F filings, plus other respected value investors.
  • A grade for management. A to F, on candor, promises kept, capital allocation, and incentives.
  • A Sunday lesson. Margin of safety, moats, owner earnings, Mr. Market, with real examples and a little homework.

3.How to build it

  1. Download the template.
  2. Add it in Grok Bot.
  3. Answer the questions it asks about what you own and what you're watching.

4.Tips

  • Keep the holdings in this chat. Don't paste them into another bot.
  • Quiet is normal. It only speaks up when a name is actually cheap.
  • The buy-below price is a checklist. You still decide.
